Responsibilities:
Manually remove finished bags from line and pack in cartons Perform quality checks and record information.
Perform basic adjustments and measurements on assigned equipment with little support from lead to maintain quality specifications.
Prepare input rolls for splicing to current product.
Inform cell leader and/or group leader of operating problems.
Keep accurate records of reclaim and downtime.
Maintain clean, safe work area.
Communicate effectively with off-going and on-coming shift personnel.
Give assistance to co-workers to reduce reclaim and downtime.
May train other personnel of lower job levels.
Qualifications:
Albe to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to grip and reach.
Able to a maximum of 50lbs.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Able to work overtime as required.
Continuous learning will be expected.
Capable and commit to follow the plant and departmental safety procedures, food safety guidelines and ISO procedure.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
