Baldwin Richardson Foods has manufacturing locations in Macedon and Williamson, NY; a Food Innovation Center in Westmont, IL; and a newly acquired manufacturing facility in Corona, CA.
This role is in our Macedon, NY facility.
Starting hourly rate is $21 to $22 per hour (dependent on experience) with a shift differential of $0.
75/hour for 2nd shift, & $1.
50/hour for 3rd shift.
These are direct hire roles, eligible for our fantastic benefits package (see below) the first of the month following your start date.
Eligible candidates must have reliable transportation.
The facilities are not on a bus route.
WHAT WE NEED A motivated individual with strong time management skills, precise attention to detail, and outstanding teamwork, who will work with internal and external partners to facilitate the movement and availability of our bulk materials throughout the organization.
Must be able to work in the elements as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Performs in-house testing, following standard operating procedures, to accurately verify that the product meets specifications and quality standards.
Follows the EUP for unloading materials, ensures all materials are loaded into the correct tanks by double checking all paperwork and verifying the accurate use of the inbound hookups.
Works with production planning team, the production team, and the inventory control team on a regular basis to order, schedule and reschedule bulk materials to insure their availability in order to accommodate the production schedule.
Monitors and records daily bulk tank levels and coordinates needed CIPs with the sanitation team.
Provides backup to the other Production teams when not performing bulk unloading activities.
Follows the appropriate EUPs, enters receipts and analytical data obtained from the bulk testing into SAP ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitors Tanks & Pumps conditions, places work orders with maintenance if repairs are needed.
Maintains UV's & Filters, change filters as required, and brings any issues to maintenance attention.
Always keeps the outdoor areas and bulk areas clean and audit ready as evidenced by plant quality audit results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Forklift License Time management skill Ability to work as a team Attention to detail At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, and is determined within a range.
The base pay range for this role is between $21.
00 and $22.
00 per hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
