Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and ERP software applications stongly preferred - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment.
